The box frame is in white pine wood, assembled in finger joint.
This traditional method is known for its strength and lightness.

The top and the bottom are in plywood for stability. Water resistant polyurethane varnish.The hinge axis is in steel.

The interior is completely padded with dimpled foam. Flexible, it absorbs all shocks. A luxurious extremely soft red velvet completes the internal arrangement.

The egg carton foam hold mouthpieces in place and blocks any movement when the case is closed.
Note that mouthpieces must have their ligature to be blocked.
A joint offers a slight tightness and regulates the thermal shocks caused when you go out of a heated room in winter.

This case fits 8 baritone mpc or 13 tenor mpc or 14 alto mpc or 17 soprano mpc, but also 15 clarinet mpc or 12 bass clarinet mouthpieces.
Of course, you can mix them.
